As the Godfather trilogy comes to its end, I thought it would be a good time to reflect on some of the most famous actors in the movie. The top 3 Godfather actors, in my opinion, are:

Al Pacino: Played Michael Corleone

Al Pacino is known for his role as Michael Corleone in The Godfather series. He also played in Scarface and Dog Day Afternoon. His deep voice and acting skills make him one of the very best actors in Hollywood.

Marlon Brando: Played Vito Corleone

Marlon Brando was born on April 3rd, 1924. Before he became an actor, he worked at a gas station and as a ditch digger. Brando’s first role was in The Men (1950). He then went on to play a career-defining role as Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire (1951). He was nominated for 8 Academy Awards, winning two of them!

Robert DeNiro: Played Young Vito Corleone

Robert DeNiro is known for his roles in many gangster movies such as Goodfellas and Casino. His work with Martin Scorsese and Al Pacino has won him many awards over

If you ask the average person who the best actors in Godfather are, they will usually name famous actors like Al Pacino, Robert Duvall and James Caan. However, there are many lesser-known actors in Godfather movies that are often overlooked.

Take for example, the talented character actor Carmine Caridi. Caridi appeared in all three Godfather movies as Alfio, a member of the Corleone family loyal to Michael Corleone (Al Pacino). The vast majority of Caridi’s film credits were for small roles in major films. He only had one main role in a film, appearing as himself in the comedy You’ll Never Wiez In This Town Again.

In addition to acting, Caridi was also an artist and published a book titled “Still Life: Al Pacino and Other Memories.”

Mario Puzo’s novel “The Godfather” is one of the most influential and popular books of all time. The novel was originally published in 1969, but it’s popularity only grew in the decades since it was first released. In 1972, director Francis Ford Coppola and producer Robert Evans made a movie version of Puzo’s masterpiece.

The movie broke box office records and won several Oscars. It also launched the careers of several actors who appeared in the film. Al Pacino, Robert Duvall, James Caan and Diane Keaton all had their big breaks in the movie.

Pacino played Michael Corleone, a young man who takes over his crime family after his father is nearly killed by rival mobsters. He was nominated for an Oscar for his performance, but did not win.

Duvall played Tom Hagen, the family’s consigliere (lawyer). Although he was never nominated for an Oscar for his performance as Hagen, he went on to have a long and successful career as an actor and director.

Caan played Sonny Corleone, Michael’s brother. He received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in this movie.

Keaton played Kay Adams, Michael’s love
