In my opinion, actors are the most powerful people of the world. They are the bridge between life and dreams. They have the power to make us feel, to make us laugh, to make us cry and most importantly to take us into a whole new world. We all have our personal favorites and we all have our own reasons for why we like them. I have some favorite actors too and I am going to list my top 10 best actors in the world today. This is just a list for fun so please do not get offended by my choices or if I left anyone out. Here goes my list of top 10 best actors in the world:

1. Leonardo DiCaprio

The best actor in the world at the moment is Leonardo DiCaprio – he is simply outstanding in everything he does. He has a very wide range of characters that he played throughout his career ranging from Romeo Montague in Romeo+Juliet (1996) to Howard Hughes in The Aviator (2004). In my opinion his best performances to date would be Arnie Grape in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape (1993), Frank Abagnale Jr. in Catch Me if You Can (2002), Jim Carroll in The Basketball Diaries (1995) and especially Jimmy Marks in The Departed

Hrithik Roshan is an Indian actor known for his roles in Kaho Na Pyar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya, Dhoom 2, Krrish etc. He was born on January 10th 1974 in Mumbai to famous Bollywood actor Rakesh Roshan and began acting at the young age of 6 appearing as a child actor in his father’s film Aasha (1980).

When a person acts, he/she brings out the best in him/her. A person can make his mark in the field of acting if he is able to act well. An actor has to face the camera and act according to the script given to him. It is because of this reason that an actor needs to be a good orator as well.

From a long time, there have been so many actors who have acted well and made their mark. One can’t really say which actor is the best, but I would like to list some of the best actors who have impressed me with their acting skills.

1) Robert De Niro: Robert De Niro is one of the most versatile actors in Hollywood and has acted in several award winning films such as “Taxi Driver” (1976), “The Deer Hunter” (1978), “Raging Bull” (1980), “Goodfellas” (1990), “Cape Fear” (1991) etc. He has also been nominated for acting awards several times and has won several acting awards as well over the years. 1. Daniel Day-Lewis: I wouldn’t say he is the best actor in the world, but he is definitely the most talented one. You must have seen him act in ‘There will be blood’, and if you haven’t still then you have missed out on one of the greatest performances ever put to celluloid. Remember what he did with his voice? He was nothing less than astounding in that film. His performance in ‘My left foot’ was equally good.

2. Leonardo DiCaprio: He has always been a good actor, but his performance in ‘The revenant’ made me believe that he has finally arrived as an actor. Not many actors would have been able to pull off such a demanding role as Hugh Glass. The film demanded him to work under extreme conditions which was physically demanding. But his performance only got better as the film progressed and it was simply stunning to watch him act with such intensity.

3. Johnny Depp: I think Johnny Depp is one of those actors who are not afraid to take risks with their roles and I really admire that quality about him. His performance as Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of Caribbean series was one of his finest performances ever and he
