Smile. It Makes You Beautiful: A blog about appearing more beautiful through smile.

A smile is the best makeup any girl can wear. A smile is the universal welcome. Not only does smiling make us look better, it makes us feel better. When we smile, our brain releases serotonin, a neurotransmitter that has a positive effect on mood, and dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward.

Smiling also helps to reduce stress hormones and increase immune function. Smiling reduces heart rate and blood pressure in stressful situations. This reduces strain on the body’s cardiovascular system and helps to prevent disease.

The physical benefits of a good smile are many, but smiling also changes our behavior in ways that can improve our lives. When we smile, we appear more attractive to others and this increases trustworthiness and likens others to want to be around us more. So why not put on a happy face?

Smile. It Makes You Beautiful is a blog about appearing more beautiful through smile. In this blog I am going to write about how and why smiling makes you look better.

I have a lot of experience with beauty, as I have been working as a makeup artist for the last ten years. I have made hundreds of people laugh and smile by telling them jokes and by making funny faces.

I realized that smiles make people look more attractive to other people. I believe that it is because it makes them appear more approachable, friendly, and happy. This is important, because if we are not happy, then we cannot truly enjoy the things that we do every day.

I think that smiling also helps us to be more confident in ourselves and what we do on daily bases. It makes us feel better about our work and life in general.

The most important thing about smiles is how they make other people feel when we smile at them. They feel happier too! We all know the saying “smile and the world smiles with you”. Well, that is true! Smiling is contagious!

This is why I decided to start this blog: to share my knowledge and experiences with others who want to improve their appearance by smiling more often and laughing out loud whenever

I have been searching for ways to appear more beautiful and I came across this article:

http://www.rd.com/health/beauty/smile-facial-features-appearance/. The article suggests that smiling makes us appear younger, warmer and more attractive by changing our facial features.

The author of this article, John Dittami says that when we smile our eyes crinkle up and we get crow’s feet but these are not considered wrinkles because they are associated with smiling! The dimples in our cheeks make us look youthful and it makes us appear thinner as well! So go ahead, flash those pearly whites and see how it transforms your looks!

Smile because it gives you confidence, it makes you look better and it lifts your mood

Smile, the most precious and beautiful gift from God to human beings. There are many reasons for you to smile.

Smiling can make you more attractive to others. In a study conducted in 2003 by researchers at the University of Liverpool and the University of Aberdeen, female participants rated men who were smiling as more attractive than men who were not smiling, regardless of their physical attractiveness. Women in the study also rated smiling men as more approachable and likeable. In another study, a group of women looked at pictures of men with different facial expressions; they found the smiling men to be more trustworthy than those who looked proud or neutral.

Smiling can make others feel good when they see you smile. Sharing your smile with others could actually help them live longer and healthier lives, according to a 2010 report from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Researchers from the University of Kansas reported that when people smiled during stressful activities, their heart rate slowed more quickly than when they did not smile after the stressful activity was over.

Smiling will make you feel better. A study led by Dr Sarah Pressman, an assistant professor of psychology at UCLA, found that smiling can help relieve stress and boost your mood; it is even contagious! In the study,

Smiling is a powerful weapon. It’s the most beautiful thing you can wear. A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it, and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen; for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.
