Michael Scofield’s Top 5 Workout Tips for Getting Ripped and Dense.
Michael Scofield has been a long time friend of mine. I met him in the early 2000s when he was just coming off his first season of Prison Break. He was so jacked back then, I couldn’t believe that he would be able to keep his incredible physique for years to come. But it turns out that he’s kept it up for 10 years and counting!
In this article I’m going to share with you the top 5 workout tips that have helped Michael Scofield stay ripped and dense throughout the years. There are a lot of things that people think they need to do in order to get a great body but Michael has shown us all how simple it can actually be if you just stick with these basic, yet extremely effective principles.
Being a Hollywood actor is no easy feat. You’ve got to stay on top of your game and constantly do things to change your body, adding muscle and cutting fat, in order to ever get roles. It’s a never-ending process that you’ll have to live with forever if you want to make it big.
Michael Scofield is one of the most famous actors in Hollywood thanks to his role as the title character on the hit TV show Prison Break. He has inspired countless people to up their game and work out harder than ever before. Here are Michael Scofield’s Top 5 Workout Tips for Getting Ripped and Dense:
1) Train fasted:
This is one of the most important aspects of getting lean and ripped. When you train fasted, your body is forced to tap into its fat stores rather than consuming muscle tissue or carbs (as it would if you were training with food in your stomach).
There are many different ways to work out your body. Some people prefer to lift weights, others like to do cardio. If you really want to get ripped and dense, then you need to find a way of combining both types of workouts. This is what Michael Scofield does in order to get his buff body. Here are his 5 top tips for how he works out:
1) Do push ups every morning before you go to work or school. This helps warm up your muscles and get them ready for the day’s activities.
2) Do pull ups every night before bedtime. This will give your back muscles some good exercise and allow them to recover from the day’s activities while sleeping soundly through the night.
3) Do sit ups on weekends when there is nothing else going on in your life (no socializing or partying). This gives your abs some extra time for recovery from all of those crunches during the weekdays! Sit ups also help strengthen your core muscles which will come in handy later in life when you have kids who want nothing more than jump all over daddy’s belly button . . . so don’t skip these exercises!
4) Do squats twice per week as well since they target different areas than those mentioned above (i.
If you’re a Prison Break fan, you know that Wentworth Miller is ripped. He’s got veins bulging out and shredded abs. I was at the gym today doing a workout that closely resembles Michael Scofield’s workout plan (from season 1 and 2 of the show).
If you want to get ripped like Wentworth Miller, here are my top 5 tips (and workout routine) for getting dense and shredded.
1. Lift Heavy Things
This is the most important tip to getting dense muscles and low body fat. You need to lift heavy things in order to stimulate muscle growth (hypertrophy). Mike Mentzer talks about how some people think that a light weight will give them a muscle burn, but it won’t make their muscles grow.
I’ve experienced this myself when doing sets with high reps, but light weights. It does feel good, but doesn’t really do much for muscle building. So always train with a heavy weight in order to get big muscles (and ripped abs).
2. Eat Enough Protein
In order to put on dense muscle tissue (like Wentworth Miller) you need to eat enough protein throughout the day. The recommended amount of protein is 0.8 grams per pound of bodyweight, so if you’re 150
For those of you who want to look like Michael Scofield, here are a few workout tips that will help you get ripped.
1. Cardio – Cardio is the foundation of any fitness program, but it’s especially important for getting ripped. The more you do cardio, the more fat you burn and the more muscle you build.
2. Diet – One of the most important parts of getting ripped is having a good diet.
3. Lift Heavy Weights – The heavier the weight you lift, the more muscle you build and the harder your body has to work to lift it.
4. Rest & Recovery – When it comes to working out, rest and recovery are just as important as lifting heavy weights or doing cardio.
5. Testosterone – Testosterone plays a huge role in building muscle mass and strength; it also plays a role in burning fat and maintaining a healthy metabolism.
Getting big and ripped is not an easy task and many people are often intimidated by this process.
