Welcome to Get Results, a blog about different ways to gain results from your workouts. We all know that we need to exercise, but we don’t always have time to get to the gym or even go for a run around the block. This blog is designed to help you maximize your workout time and give you the best results possible.
We will discuss ways that you can find time in your busy day for exercise, and we will share tips for getting the most out of your exercise sessions. We will also look at what kinds of food are best when combined with an exercise program and how to eat healthy on the run. We hope that you follow along with us as look at how you can get the best results from your workouts!
Hello, this is a blog about the different ways to get results from your workouts. Do you ever wonder, how do I gain muscle? or what is the best way to lose fat? Well in this post we will go over some of the best ways to do both.
First lets talk about gaining muscle. There are many different ways to go about gaining muscle. The most effective way to gain muscle is through strength training and eating a high protein diet. Eating anywhere between one gram and two grams of protein per pound of bodyweight is a good amount. So if you weigh 150 pounds, it would be beneficial for you to eat between 150g and 300 grams of protein each day. Consuming more than that amount wont hurt you but it will not benefit you either, so stick with between 1-2 grams per pound of bodyweight for muscle gains.
Now on to losing fat. Losing fat is similar in the sense that you still have to focus on nutrition and exercise. It’s important not to focus on cardio because cardio can cause your body to shed both fat and muscle whereas strength training will help you shed only fat and keep your muscles intact. Of course nutrition is also key when it comes to losing fat. You want to stay away from carbs that are high
I’ve been doing research into different ways to get results from your workouts and the findings are quite interesting. I think it would be good to make a blog about it and publish the findings. I am hoping that the blog will gain traction and people will start commenting on my articles with their own research.

Getting results also means taking care of your diet. There is a lot to know about what you should or should not be eating while trying to achieve specific goals. I will be writing posts in the future explaining how you can achieve certain results by changing up your diet and workout.

It’s been a long time since I’ve written in my blog. It’s not that I don’t want to write, it’s that I don’t have any time to write. I have been working in the gym from 7am – 3pm, and then I come home and try to get some exercise myself, do my laundry, cook dinner and by the time 8pm rolls around I am a tired pup.
I haven’t been able to work on my online workouts either. I have about 10-15 workouts to post for those of you who are doing my online workout program but they just aren’t getting done right now. I will be back on track with all of that next week.
The only thing that has been keeping me sane lately is running. I know, you can hardly believe it! The girl who absolutely hated running has found some peace in it this summer. It actually happened by chance one day when Jason (my husband) told me he was going to run with his friend. He asked me if I wanted to go and I thought “Why not? It will be fun! Let’s do it!” So we ran 4 miles together and
