Meetings are a great way to communicate with others and gain a better understanding of the goals of your team. However, as someone who has been on many teams, I believe that meetings can be improved. Below are some tips on how to make more successful team meetups.
1.Have an Agenda
Having an agenda is essential to a productive team meeting. This is something that everyone can reference and help guide the conversation during the meeting. A good agenda will include what is being discussed at the meeting along with who will be responsible for each topic.
2.Start and End On Time
It is important to start and end on time so that people will know when and where to show up for the meeting. When people are late or don’t attend, it can waste time for others because they have to re-explain things or wait for the person(s) to arrive.
3.Set Goals and Objectives
Goals and objectives help keep the meeting focused on important items that need attention in order for the project to move forward successfully. They also allow you to measure progress over time by comparing past goals and objectives with new ones created during future meetings.
4.Review Previous Actions Items
Actions items from previous meetings should always be reviewed
Team meetings are an essential part of team communication and are usually the most common form of communication within a team. Team meetings, especially weekly or bi-weekly, provide a great opportunity for teams to catch each other up on what theyβre working on, plan new work, and discuss how the team is doing.

The ACT and SAT are two very different tests and the scores are not interchangeable. For example, a score of 23 on the ACT is roughly equivalent to a score of 1200 on the SAT. The ACT has four sections and the SAT has three sections. The ACT has five options for the essay while the SAT only has one option for the essay.
The SAT is more focused on vocabulary and standardized testing techniques than the ACT. The ACT is more focused on reasoning skills based on knowledge learned in high school classes. One test may emphasize math, while another may emphasize reading comprehension.
While some colleges will accept either test (or both), others have a preference for one over the other. This can make it harder to decide which test to take, or even whether you should take both tests or only one of them.
