Jim Halpert is an actor from The Office. He’s also a pretty big deal in the acting community, especially after his new movie, A Quiet Place, which he directed and starred in with his wife Emily Blunt. This was the first time he had ever directed a movie, and the first time he had starred in a film without any other actors. It was also his first R-rated film.
In honor of Jim’s career accomplishments and of his recent success with A Quiet Place, we’re going to take a look at some of Jim’s best acting performances. We’ll be looking at all of his projects as a whole, but we’ll focus more specifically on those that have been most influential to him as an actor.

The Office’s Jim Halpert is known for pranking co-workers, playing the keyboard and other things. What is not as well-known about him are the side projects that make him a true American hero. Here are some of the projects he’s worked on recently:
1. Paying off a credit card debt for a single mom from Scranton, PA and her two kids.
2. Baking pies for elderly citizens in Norristown, PA.
3. Building a Habitat for Humanity home in Doylestown, PA with his wife Pam Beesly Halpert (actress).
4. Buy local campaign in Philadelphia to support small businesses through marketing and social media outreach.
5. Making sure co-worker Michael Scott (actor) is never late picking up his kids on time from soccer practice in Wayne, PA by carpooling with him every time the day before they play Stirling City or Little City.
Jim Halpert is a beloved character on the US version of The Office and he’s been called America’s Sweetheart. However, sometimes I feel like there are other things that make Jim Halpert a true American. Like how he respects all women, he makes people laugh and he has a deep love for his country. So let me tell you about some of the projects that made actor John Krasinski a true American hero.
John Krasinski first got my attention in the film Away We Go (2009). This film is about two American parents who travel around the country to find their new home. I was immediately drawn to the way Krasinski portrayed Jim Halpert. He didn’t try too hard to be funny but at the same time he wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable and show his emotions.
Krasinski has also starred in movies such as Big Miracle (2012), Promised Land (2012) and Aloha (2015). I have seen all of these films and they are amazing! Each one shows off his amazing acting ability and range as an actor. Krasinski has also done some voice work for animated films such as Monsters University (2013) and How To Train Your Dragon 2 (2014).

What makes John Krasinski, The American?
His amazing acting and good looks are a huge reason why The Office is my favorite show. His character, Jim Halpert, on the show is one of the greatest characters to ever be on TV. Jim is best known for his pranks and his relationships with Pam Beesly and Dwight Schrute. But what makes Jim Halpert truly great are his many projects.
Jim’s first project was saving Pam from Roy Anderson. He knew that she wasn’t in love with Roy and that she really loved him. So he got together a plan to save her, which worked perfectly!
Jim’s most well known project was asking Pam out everyday for a year. This is a very risky move, but it paid off in the end. It also showed that Jim was determined to get what he wanted in life, no matter how long it took him.
Jim’s final project was asking Pam to marry him at Niagra Falls. This was another risky move because there were so many people watching him propose to her and if she said no then there would have been no way for them to escape. But again this paid off when she said yes!

Jim Halpert: actor, writer, director, producer, and best-selling author. He first hit the scene in 2001 with his portrayal of wise-cracking teen Ben in the feature film Life as We Know It. Since then he’s appeared in films like Kinsey, Jarhead, Talk Show Diaries II, and The Holiday.
