The Best Action Movies Ever!

We have compiled a list of the best action movies ever made, as well as a list of some under-the-radar action movies that deserve more recognition. Here you will find our top 25 action movie picks, a list of top 10 action movie directors and an overview of some of the most popular subgenres in action movies.

Laurence John Fishburne III is a well-known American actor, best known for his action movies. He was born in Augusta, Georgia and is the son of a policeman. After high school he joined the military, but dropped out after two years to pursue his acting career.

His first and probably best-known role was in Apocalypse Now, followed by many other roles in movies such as Red Heat, Higher Learning and Othello for which he won a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play. But it is his role as Morpheus in The Matrix that he is probably most recognised for.

The Matrix is an action movie with a science fiction plot that revolves around the idea that everything we see is an illusion and that we are actually living in a computer simulation. A group of rebels led by Morpheus are trying to free humanity from their virtual prison and bring down the machines that rule over them.

The first Matrix movie came out in 1999 and made $460 million worldwide. The second movie, The Matrix Reloaded, was released in 2003 and made $742 million worldwide. The third movie, The Matrix Revolutions was also released in 2003 and made $427 million. This is a total of $1.6 billion from the three movies alone. It’s a good thing that Keanu Reeves agreed to take a pay cut for the sequels because he could have easily been paid more than what he earned for the original film.

Morfeus was not originally supposed to be played by Lawrence Fishburne either. Initially Laurence Olivier was approached for the role but he died before filming took place so of course, he couldn’t take the part. Michael Wincott also turned down the role because he didn’t want to spend too much time away from his family in Toronto and so did Christopher Walken who would probably have been a great Morpheus as well!

In order to get into character as Neo, Keanu Reeves had to learn how to fight with both hands simultaneously (right handed punch-left handed punch). He also learned Kung Fu techniques like Tai Chi Chuan (a martial art involving slow movements). After having done all this training,

The idea of Matrix is a great one, and the movie is worth watching just for the visual effects. Every scene that contains a visual effect is amazing. As I am a great fan of action movies, I really liked this one.

The story line starts with a hacker named Neo being tracked down by agents who are looking for him. They want to get information from Neo about Morpheus, an underground leader who has found out the secret of the Matrix. He is recruiting hackers to help him fight the Matrix and its agents.

One night Neo gets contacted by Morpheus via his computer screen, where he shows him how things really are. All humans live in a kind of dream world called the Matrix, which was created by machines to control humanity. The only ones who have found out about this are some hackers like Morpheus, who are trying to free as many people as possible from the Matrix.

While this all sounds very original and exciting, it becomes very predictable once you start watching the movie. It starts out very slow and boring in my opinion. Also I think that Keanu Reeves was not the appropriate choice for playing Neo, because he isn’t that good an actor and I don’t find him convincing at all in this movie (he does make some improvement in

Morris Chestnut is an American actor. He first came to attention for his role in the 1991 film Boyz n the Hood. He has also appeared in films such as Under Siege 2: Dark Territory, The Best Man, The Best Man Holiday, The Brothers, Think Like a Man and its sequel Think Like a Man Too.

He attended Richard Gahr High School in Cerritos and played football for the school team with fellow future actors Tommy Ford and Cuba Gooding Jr. Chestnut earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Northridge in 1990.

Chestnut’s first professional role was as Jadon in Freddy’s Nightmares: A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Series after meeting Freddy’s Nightmares star Robert Englund at a celebrity basketball game. His first major motion picture role was in Boyz n the Hood (1991), which he followed with roles in various TV movies. In 1996 he played Lane Winslow in the TV movie A Friend’s Betrayal opposite Gregory Hines and Della Reese. That same year he had

Laurence John Fishburne III (born July 30, 1961) is an American actor, playwright, producer and director. He is perhaps best known for his roles as Morpheus in The Matrix trilogy, Jason “Furious” Styles in the 1991 drama film Boyz n the Hood and Tyrone “Mr. Clean” Miller in Apocalypse Now.

Fishburne became the first African-American to portray Othello in a motion picture by a major studio when he appeared in Oliver Parker’s 1995 film adaptation of the Shakespeare play.
