There has been a rise of fitness classes that are not held at your typical gym or studio. Instead, these classes are being held at parties and shows to give people a new way to workout while also having fun.

First, lets talk about the party side of things. These parties are not like what you would expect when someone says β€œparty” though. These parties are more like workout classes that happen at night with lots of lights and music. They are usually done by groups of friends who want to try a new way of working out together or even by yourself if you are looking to meet some new people and make some friends along the way!
