Meet Aiden Turner, The New Cast Member Of Season Two Of “The Flash”: a blog about the new actor who is a main role in The Flash.
Another day, another new cast member for CWβs The Flash!
Fans have already learned that Teddy Sears and Shantel VanSanten are joining the hit series as Jay Garrick/The Flash and Patty Spivot, respectively. And now TV Line reports that Aiden Turner has also joined the cast of the show, though we donβt know much about his role yet.
Turner, whoβs best known for his role as Aidan on All My Children, will be playing a character named Eduardo, who is described as βa handsome, philosophical and poetic type who works at Mercury Labs. Although he has a strong moral compass and is determined to do the right thing, he can also be unpredictable.β
Many fans believe that this description fits perfectly with the DC Comics character Tony Woodward aka Girder. Itβs not clear if this will be the character Turner will play or if heβll be someone entirely new to The Flash universe.
Aiden Turner is a new cast member of season two of The Flash. He joins the cast as Bart Allen, a young teenager who lives with his mother, Lisa, and his father, Barry Allen, who work in their basement lab at STAR Labs. In season one we met Bart when he was only a child. He had been helping his parents with their experiments since he was just a little boy. His father had taken him under his wing and trained him to become a scientist.
However, after the death of Barry Allen, Bart decided to leave STAR Labs and go on his own. He felt that he could no longer trust his parents since they had lied about the death of Barry Allen being caused by an accident involving some chemicals in their lab. He then went on to become one of the most feared villains in all of DC comics history: Eobard Thawne aka Professor Zoom or Reverse Flash!
Now the show has brought back the character for season two and has made some changes to it that make it more interesting than it was before. The most notable change is that Bart will now be part of Team Flash instead just being there for comic relief as well as being an antagonist at times like he was in season one.
But what will Bart’s role be
It’s no secret that the cast of The Flash is one of the most amazing casts on TV.
The CW show continues to surprise, and it’s cast isn’t any different. The Flash had a successful first season thanks to a stellar performance by Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, and the rest of the cast have always been there for him. With such an amazing cast, though, who wouldn’t want to be a part of it? The second season of the show has just started, but there has already been a new addition to the cast. His name is Aiden Turner, and he will be playing Julian Dorn in season two.
Aidan Turner is best known for his roles on Poldark and Being Human, so you may have seen him before. He is also set to appear in The Hobbit as Kili. Aiden was born in Dublin on 19 June 1983, and he attended St MacDaras Community College before moving onto Gaiety School of Acting. He has been acting since 2004, and has had quite some success since then.
His role on The Flash isn’t his first major role in America; he played Luke Garroway in Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments from 2016-2017. This year has been good for him;
The Flash is set to return for a second season on The CW, and fans of the show are going to have to get used to a new face. Aiden Turner, who plays Barry Allen’s new mentor, has been cast in the role of Jay Garrick, a speedster from Earth-2.
Turner explained that he is excited to be joining the cast, saying: “I’ve always been fascinated by the way technology works and how it can affect our lives. So when I heard about this show and the idea of a character who could move at the speed of light, I immediately knew this was something I wanted to do.”
He continued: “I’ve worked with Grant Gustin before and he’s an incredibly talented actor. He’s also very passionate about what he does and that helped me get into character even more.”
“The Flash” airs Tuesdays at 8 PM ET/PT on The CW.
The Flash is back in action after a two week hiatus and it will be returning to the CW on Tuesday, May 5 at 9/8c. The Flash is back with a new actor that will play the main character in the second season of the series. This actor is Aiden Turner.
Aiden Turner is an Irish actor who is best known for his role as Hobbes in the 2015 film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Turner has also played recurring roles on television shows such as Supernatural, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and The Tudors.
Turner was born in Dublin, Ireland. He began his acting career at age 18 when he joined the National Theatre of Ireland at their Young People’s Theatre Project (YPTP) in 2004. After graduating from Trinity College Dublin, he then went on to study acting at the British Academy of Dramatic Arts (BADA).
Turner was cast as Hobbes in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug after appearing as an extra in Peter Jackson’s films King Kong and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Turner’s character Hobbes was originally named “Hobb” but was changed to match Tolkien’s spelling due to legal concerns over copyrights held by author JRR Tolkien’s estate.]
The CW’s “The Flash” is adding another speedster to its lineup.
Actor Aiden Turner, who recently appeared on “Once Upon a Time,” has been cast as the villainous Hunter Zolomon, also known as Zoom.
In the DC Comic book universe, Zolomon was Wally West’s friend and mentor before being paralyzed in an accident involving Gorilla Grodd. In an attempt to walk again, Zolomon tried to use a cosmic treadmill to increase his speed enough to heal himself, but the machine exploded and gave him the ability to control his speed instead. As a result of this accident he believed that everyone needs a little pain in their lives in order to make them stronger, so he became Zoom in order to inflict pain on West as he believed it would make him a better crime fighter.
The Flash is arguably the most popular of the CW’s DC shows, and Season 2 has a lot of new and exciting things going into it. For one, we’ll be meeting Earth-2 versions of many characters and Harrison Wells will finally be replaced by an actor who’s not named Tom Cavanagh. And then there’s the fact that Barry Allen is going to get a new love interest for the season, who just so happens to be played by The Vampire Diaries’ Candice Accola, who is rumored to be playing the role of Iris West’s cousin.
The actress will be playing Iris’ cousin from another dimension, which means that she could very well be working alongside her boyfriend in this universe. It also means that she could very well be working alongside Barry Allen, which makes it seem like a very good move for Accola to have chosen this role.
For one thing, Accola is going to have some stiff competition on her hands, as Grant Gustin and Danielle Panabaker are both very popular actors in their own right. But if Accola does land the role of Iris West’s cousin from another dimension, it would also show that she’s willing to take risks with her career, as The Vampire Diaries has never been known for its
