For The Love of Music People: a blog about musicians you love.
The best way to remember me is this one fine morning in the spring of 2011, I was looking at plants on my front lawn and listening to music (of course). I had an epiphany! Musicians are people too! They have feelings, emotions, families and friends. They do not live in a vacuum like most people think. “For The Love of Music People” will be a blog about musicians you love, but more importantly it will be about the people that the musicians love.
I would preferably like to meet with Peter Gabriel for a day or two, but I’ll settle for a phone interview if that’s what it’s going to take to get this story told. He has an amazing story to tell and I can’t wait to hear it from him personally. It will make a great blog post as well as an awesome book someday.

The actress who played atreyu in the never ending story.
We’re fans and we want to know all the things.
You can do something with nothing. You can make something out of nothing, create something with nothing, or do absolutely anything with it.
There’s no limitation on what you can do. It’s just that you have to know how to do it, and then find the right person to help you do it. You need to be connected to someone who knows how to do it and is willing to help you.
This is one of my favorite quotes from the film because I think it applies to every situation in life where we’re stuck and can’t move forward. We may not be able to move forward because we don’t have money or we don’t have time but if we just look around and see what other people are doing we might be able to find someone who can give us advice or help us move forward.

The most popular thing on the Internet is cat pictures. The second most popular thing is music. So why is there no website that brings the two together?
I’ve decided to start one.
This blog will be about musicians you love, and the reasons you love them. I’ll write posts about my favorite musicians, but this is not my blog: it’s ours. I’m posting this here on HN because I’d like your help finding readers, writers, and contributors of all kinds. If you’re interested in helping out, send me an email at atreyu@atreyuactor.com.
I’m looking for writers, readers, musicians, photographers, designers– people who care about art and music and want to share their thoughts with others who feel the same way. If you’re interested in writing a post or just sharing your favorite band with me, please get in touch and we can chat!
In the mid-1980s a child actor from Los Angeles, California was cast as the lead role of Atreyu in the German film, The Neverending Story. Noah Hathaway played the warrior tasked to save Fantasia from the Nothing. He trained with the sword and staff for weeks before filming began. During his training, he suffered an injury that left him with four stitches above his eye. Rather than slowing down, he fought through the pain and even had it included in some scenes of the film.
Noah Hathaway is still acting today and recently has been featured on episodes of CSI: Miami and House M.D., but many people will remember him best as Atreyu, a role that he loved to play despite the hardships he faced while filming it.
I have been recently introduced to one of the best bands of all time. The band is called βAtreyuβ, and I think you should really check them out.
The lead singer is named Alex Varkatzas. He has an amazing voice and is one of the best lyricists Iβve ever heard. His lyrics are written from the heart, and they touch me in the most profound ways. This guy is a genius!
Another member of the band is Dan Jacobs, who plays guitar and backup vocals. He also has an amazing voice, but whatβs most impressive about him is his guitar playing skills. He can play a solo like no one else Iβve seen before. Dan Jacobs can shred on that guitar!
I could go on and on talking about Atreyu, but why donβt you just check them out for yourself? You wonβt regret it.
