Helena Bonham Carter CBE (born 26 May 1966) is an English actress. She is known for her roles in low-budget arthouse and independent films to large-scale Hollywood productions. She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as Kate Croy in The Wings of the Dove (1997). For her role as Queen Elizabeth in The King’s Speech (2010), she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and won the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. She also won the 2010 International Emmy Award for Best Actress for her role as British author Enid Blyton in the TV film Enid (2009). Her other films include A Room with a View (1986), Fight Club (1999), Les MisΓ©rables (2012), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Bellatrix Lestrange is a fictional character in the Harry Potter series of novels written by J. K. Rowling. She is a Death Eater, the most loyal and fanatical follower of Lord Voldemort, and considered one of the most dangerous Dark witches of all time. She is Sirius Black’s cousin and Draco Malfoy’s aunt by marriage.

The Tony Award-winning British actress Helen McCrory has been cast in the role of Bellatrix Lestrange in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie, Warner Brothers announced today.
McCrory will be joining a cast that includes Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid), Warwick Davis (Flitwick), Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort), Michael Gambon (Dumbledore), Brendan Gleeson (Mad-Eye Moody), Richard Griffiths (Uncle Vernon Dursley), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy), Gary Oldman (Sirius Black), Alan Rickman (Severus Snape) and Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall).
Helen McCrory made her professional stage debut with the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1995 as Rose Trelawney in The Taming of the Shrew. She has also appeared with the Royal National Theatre and in London’s West End. Other film credits include Charlotte Gray, Interview with a Vampire and Casanova.
