Alessandro Borghi (born December 18, 1989) is an Italian actor. He has appeared in a number of films and television series, including the crime series Romanzo criminale – La serie, which brought him fame in Italy and abroad.

He was born in Rome, Italy on December 18, 1989 to Giorgio Borghi and Elisabetta Francia. He has an older brother named Francesco who is a model. At the age of 8 he began acting classes at the Teatro Stabile di Genova and at the age of 10 he was selected by Luca Ronconi for a laboratorial work at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano.

At 17 he won a scholarship to L’École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq where he studied physical theatre techniques. After graduating he joined the company of Gigi Proietti with whom he worked on the show Una domenica d’estate for over two years during which time he also worked as assistant director. In 2012 he moved to Los Angeles where he attended Langara College’s Acting Studio from July to September.

In 2009 he made his debut in the cinema with the film I baci mai dati by Giovanni Veronesi, while in 2010 he performed in two other films: Tutti contro tutti by Alessandro Valori and Il gioiellino by Andrea Molaioli.
